Happy Friday! What are you up to this weekend? We are going on a date to a new rooftop restaurant that just opened in Boulder called Corrida (pictured above). They specialize in Spanish cuisine including tapas inspired by northern Spain’s Basque Country.
We also have dinner with a group of friends on Saturday night. The hosts just returned from a trip to Scotland so I am excited to hear all about their trip.
Also thinking about all the moms out there (especially mine!) and hoping they have a relaxing Mothers Day Weekend.
Here are some things I’ve been thinking about lately:
Would you go on a cruise for 245 days?
Ali Wong’s First Netflix Special, Baby Cobra, made me laugh so hard my face hurt. I can’t wait to watch Hard Knock Wife, debuting on Netflix this Saturday. In anticipation, here is an interview with the comedian.
As you know, I’ve been trying to be more mindful lately, so I was pleased to learn that the New York Times has a whole series with advice on how to be mindful in specific situations. I want to pay particular attention to this one.
Curious about this three ingredient pasta sauce hailed as the world’s best.
Really enjoyed this video tour of Zachary Quinto and Miles McMillan’s Noho Apartment as well as their vibe together. It made me want to start collecting crystals!
Love when beauty is found in unexpected places and felt drawn in by the vibrant colors in this art series.
